Real Health In 50 Words

I support the LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) way of eating, otherwise called the Keto diet or Banting diet. This way of eating has grown in popularity, although there are many people who do not believe that LCHF is sustainable. We are all entitled to our own opinions, but I can say that I find it doable and I do not get hungry when eating good, clean, healthy food, while at the same time experiencing more energy.
